Wind Point Launches New Tube Platform

Wind Point Partners has partnered with Tom Gosnell to launch a new platform, Global Tube, through the simultaneous acquisitions of Global Tube Form and Peoria Tube Forming. Both companies manufacture tubes used in emissions, coolant, heating, air intake and exhaust handling applications for heavy and medium duty trucks and off-road vehicles. Mr. Gosnell will be serving as CEO of the new platform, which is the second funded by the Wind Point Partners VII fund.
