Worldwide Express seeks sale

Logistics company Worldwide Express is exploring a sale that could value it at more than $1.5 billion including debt, Bloomberg reported. The Dallas-based company has been owned since 2017 by Ridgemont Equity Partners, which bought Worldwide Express from Quad-C Management. Founded in 1992, the company provides parcel and freight services primarily to small and medium-sized businesses.
