Fitness sits at the forefront of thought when wearables are mentioned, but Ybrain is developing a wearable technology to help counteract the effects of Alzheimer's disease. The company has raised a $3.5 million (KRW3.6 billion) Series A round led by Stonebridge Capital, bringing its to-date funding total to $4.2 million (KRW4.3 billion). The technology sends refined electrical signals to the brain from a headband that monitors and controls brain signals, helping to keep brains fit and healthy.
