Headquartered in New York City, New York, the firm offered secured credit facilities up to $150 million to all types of hospitals and other inpatient/outpatient service providers, pharmacy and laboratory service providers. HFG was acquired by MidCap Financial on June 22, 2015 and it ceased its operations.
