Description
Alcentra European Floating Rate Income Fund Ltd is a closed-ended investment company with an objective to provide quarterly dividends and opportunities for capital growth to shareholders with the help of skills of the investment manager. To achieve its objective company uses net issue proceeds to invest into profit participating bonds issued by the subsidiary. The subsidiary uses these proceeds to invest in floating rate, secured loans or high yield bonds issued by European and US corporate entities. The company invests in a diversified portfolio which is categorised by asset class, issuer concentration, industry concentration and geographical exposure.
