Mr. Michael Walrath serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Yext. Mr. Walrath is a Founding Partner of WGI Group. He served as an Advisor at Vast Ventures. He served as a Board Member at VIOLET GREY and Confide. He is the Founding Partner at WGI Group. He was the founder and CEO of Right Media before its acquisition by Yahoo! in July 2007 at a value of $850 million. At Right Media, he helped transform the business of online advertising by leveling what had traditionally been an uneven playing field and moving the industry towards more efficiency, transparency, and accountability for every transaction. He was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2007. He and his wife Michelle created The Walrath Family Foundation, a philanthropic organization focused on social, environmental, and environmental health issues. In 2008, he co-founded Atlas Films with his wife Michelle and Stephanie Soechtig. Atlas' first film is the award-winning documentary Tapped. In addition to Meteor Games, he sat on the board of MOAT, GuideMe, and InAdCo. He has a B.A. in English from the University of Richmond. He also served as a Senior Advisor at Marker.
