Mr. Sean Park is a Co-Founder & serves as Chief Investment Officer & General Partner at Anthemis. He is an Angel Investor. He serves as an Investment Committee Member at Apis Partners. He serves as a Board Member at Arthena, Blueleaf, Happy Money, Kaiko, Maxwell (Thrifts and Mortgage Finance), Provable Labs, The Faction Collective, Tremor, TAINA Technology, and Cowbell Cyber. He also serves as Chairman at Silvur and Board Observer at StratiFi. Previously, he served as Managing Director at FT Advisors. He also served as a Board Member at Currencycloud, Fidor Bank, PeerIndex, Trōv, and Xenapto. He served as an Investment Officer at Seedcamp. He holds a BS in Materials Science from Rice University. He is the author of The Park Paradigm and, serving as a non-executive director on the board of a number of high-growth companies, he has a proven track record of successfully investing in and advising innovative and disruptive startups. A founding investor in innovative companies such as Betfair, The Climate Corporation (formerly WeatherBill), and Markit, an early investor in Zoopla, before founding Anthemis Group, he was part of the Global Markets Management Committee at Dresdner Kleinwort where he ran a number of businesses including their groundbreaking digital markets initiative. He was instrumental in driving the introduction and adoption of electronic book building in the European fixed-income markets in the early 2000s and authored the seminal "AmazonBay" video exploring the future of finance in 2005.
