For four years, he previously worked for Procter & Gamble, the household products giant, in various marketing positions, including brand manager. Together with Signe, he heads the Valhalla Foundation. He also serves on the board of Intuit, the Harvard Business School Dean's Advisory Board, and the University of Wisconsin's Center for Brand and Product Management Advisory Board. He earned an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in economics and mathematics from the University of Southern California.
