Description

Mr. Dominic Perks serves as Partner at Oryx Fund. He is a Co-Founder and served as Chief Executive Officer at Hambro Perks. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer at Hambro Perks Acquisition. He co-founded Hambro Perks with Rupert Hambro CBE. He co-founded DHV Group. As well as being a Partner of Hambro Perks, he serves as the firm's Chief Executive Officer and is a voting member and Chairman of the Adviser's Investment Committee. He focuses on the development of Hambro Perks, originating and assessing new opportunities for investment and advising businesses at their earliest stages. He has extensive entrepreneurial experience, having successfully founded, scaled, and exited multiple businesses, and this experience is crucial in advising many of dPerks' youngest investee companies. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, he was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co., where he advised clients on growth strategies. He also had a career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley where he primarily originated investment opportunities for private equity firms. He graduated from Oxford University with a first-class degree in English Literature. He has been responsible for originating and investing in over forty portfolio companies and serves as Hambro Perks' investor director on a number of boards, including Takumi, and Rainmaking Venture Studio. He also is a Co-Founder and serves as Board Member at Tempo.
