Oleg Uritsky General Information

Description

Mr. Oleg Uritsky is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Helge Capital. Mr. Uritsky has more than 20 years of real estate experience. As CEO, he develops strategic business plans and oversees all aspects of property acquisitions/dispositions and asset management. He has a long track record as an innovative entrepreneur. Prior to 2014, he successfully invested in the healthcare, transportation, and venture fund industries. As an owner and operator of a fleet of Boston taxicab medallions and other ground transportation services, he was a widely respected industry leader. Mr. Uritsky sold his taxi medallions in 2012, at near-peak values, in anticipation of Uber's devastating impact on the taxicab medallion market. He was also the principal of the largest Massachusetts network of community-based health care centers (MassADH Alliance), which were acquired by Civitas Solutions (NYSE: CIVI) in 2014. During his law school/legal career, Mr. Uritsky interned at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He received a joint JD/MBA degree from Northeastern University and completed postgraduate studies in economics and finance at Harvard University. He is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts and New York.
