Mr. Dale co-founded SupportSoft and has served as the chief technical officer of SupportSoft since its incorporation in December 1997 and assumed the role of vice president of engineering in April 2000.From January 1997 to December 1997, Mr. Dale served as a software consultant for M&I Data Services, a financial transaction software company.From July 1992 to January 1997, Mr. Dale served as a software consultant to Hewlett-Packard Company, a computing and imaging solutions provider company. Mr. Dale holds a B.S. in computer science from Stanford University.
