As a venture partner, he supported Wellington's portfolio companies in the field of digital media and internet services which are looking to expand into the US. He has become one of the leading figures of the Web 2.0 world. He founded and grew French weblog hosting company U-blog and merged it with Six Apart, where he is still Honorary Chairman. He co-founded the LeWeb3 conference in Paris, which he organizes every year with growing success. His blog is the most well-known in France with more than 250 000 unique visitors per month. Wellington's portfolio companies will profit hugely from his invaluable knowledge and network, gained over more than 12 years of experience as a Web entrepreneur. Before serving as Executive VP of Six Apart EMEA from 2003 to 2007, this European web pioneer founded and served as CEO for several companies in France including U-blog, B2L and RapidSite France, the first shared Web hosting company, launched in 1997 and sold to France Telecom. He graduated from HEC, one of the top business schools in France. He also is an Advisor of SPiCE VC.
