Mr. Andy Ory serves as Angel Investor at Andy Ory. Andy is a founder of Acme Packet and served as president and CEO from its inception to its acquisition in March of 2013 by Oracle Corporation. During Andy's 13-year tenure, he spearheaded Acme Packet's growth from a young startup, pioneering a new product category and technology called session border control, to dominating that category and delivering session delivery networks. Prior to founding Acme Packet, Andy was the Founder, CEO and Chairman of Priority Call Management, which produced network-based solutions that allowed service providers to offer prepaid calling, enhanced messaging and one-number services. Andy currently serves on the board of the Codman Community Farm, the Lincoln Historic District Commission, and The Fenn School. He is also a co-founder of 12×12, an initiative sponsored by the Mass Tech Collaborative to multiply entrepreneurship in Massachusetts with the help of CEOs and VCs across the state.
