Mr. Nikolaj Nyholm is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer, Copenhagen at RFRSH Entertainment. He was A Board Member of Crate.io. Previously he served as Board Member at Everywear Games. He also served as Venture Partner at Heartcore Capital. He serves as a Board Member at Traplight and Crate Technology. He also served as Board Member at Ministry of Games. He co-founded Imity. Prior to joining Polar Rose, he worked with O'Reilly Media producing the European Open Source Convention (EuroOSCON) and CustomerMade conferences. He remains a member of O'Reilly's 'Radar' team, which Wired Magazine recently dubbed 'legendary'. He has founded several technology companies, including Speednames/Ascio in 1998, the company which supplied the first global domain name search (acquired in 2007 by Group NBT); and Organic Network, a now-defunct Wi-Fi startup whose legacy is OpenWRT.org, the leading open source Wi-Fi project. He is a founding investor and board member of CloudMade, the open geodata company behind OpenStreetMap.org, a 'Wikipedia of maps', board member of Epista A/S (YouCalc) and Neo Technology AB and co-organizer of reboot, a heralded conference that has for 11 years drawn a community of visionaries from across Europe and North America to Copenhagen each June to discuss topics within technology and culture. He served as the Board Member of Skylable. He holds degrees from Roskilde University, Tufts University and Universidad Nacional.
