Description

Mr. Gregory Barton serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Carver Edison. From 2007 to 2008, he served as General Counsel at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc., a media and merchandising company and then served at Ziff Davis Media Inc., an integrated media company, holding the positions of Executive Vice President, Licensing and Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary (2004 to 2007) and Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary (2002 to 2004). Earlier, Mr. Barton held a variety of positions at Index Development Partners, Inc., a financial media company, from 1998 to 2002, including President (2001 to 2002), Chief Financial Officer (2000 to 2002) and Executive Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary (1998 to 2002). From 1995 to 1998, he served at Alliance Semiconductor Corporation, as Vice President of Corporate and Legal Affairs (1996 to 1998) and General Counsel (1995 to 1998). Mr. Barton began his legal career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
