Mr. Strauss Zelnick serves as Chairman of the Board, Director and Chief Executive Officer at Take-Two Interactive. He is the Founder and Partner at Zelnick Media Capital. He served as Senior Advisor at RRE Ventures. He also serves as Advisor at Thrive Capital. He also serves as a Director at Starwood Property Trust. Prior to forming ZMC in 2001, Mr. Zelnick was President and Chief Executive Officer of BMG Entertainment, a music and entertainment company, from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Zelnick served as President and Chief Executive Officer of BMG Entertainment's North American business unit from 1995 to 1998. Before joining BMG Entertainment, Mr. Zelnick was President and Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Dynamics, a producer and distributor of interactive entertainment software. Prior to that, he spent four years as President and Chief Operating Officer of 20th Century Fox, where he managed all aspects of Fox Inc.'s worldwide motion picture production and distribution business. Previously, he spent three years at Vestron Inc., two of which as the company's President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Zelnick also served as Vice President, International Television, at Columbia Pictures. Mr. Zelnick currently represents ZMC on the Boards of Alloy and 9 Story. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ITN Networks and as a director of Blockbuster. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School. He also served as the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Time Life. Mr. Zelnick serves as Chairman at Balfour Pacific Capital.
