Ralph Mack General Information

Description

Mr. Ralph Mack serves as Executive Chairman at Sightly (Business/Productivity Software). Mr. Mack serves as Chairman at Sightly. He was the Advisor at Edgecase. He served as Advisor at Lead Edge Capital. Ralph has participated in the seed round for more than thirty start-up companies over the past twenty years. As an active angel investor, Ralph is often instrumental in helping his portfolio companies' management teams with sales, marketing and operational strategies. He typically invests in the first round, subsequent financing rounds, and he proactively assists in raising additional seed capital to get his portfolio companies funded. As the porfolio companies begin to grow, Ralph uses his extensive network of contacts to introduce them to new potential customers, partners, and, where appropriate, investment bankers. Prior to founding Mack Capital, Ralph worked on Wall Street for 25 years where he brought companies public, raised debt capital, sold corporate bonds, and invested in distressed debt. Ralph received a BS in economics with majors in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He later completed his MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
