Ms. Sara Sager serves as Senior Attorney at Goldberg Kohn. Ms. Sager is an Angel Investor. She served as an Associate at Winston & Strawn. She previously served as an Associate in the corporate department at the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis where she focused her practice on debt financing transactions. Ms. Sager represents private equity groups, commercial lending institutions, and other private and public companies in connection with the negotiation, structuring, and documentation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions, acquisition financing and loan workouts and restructurings, including debtor-in-possession financing. She has received a JD from the University of Iowa College of Law as well as a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
