He worked with his co-founders who were ex-Oracle colleagues and Dr. Jennifer Widom at Stanford to build a query engine for processing clickstreams, and the company applied the technology to online fraud detection and was acquired by Entrust, a public company, in 2006. In 2007, he started his incubator YouWeb, with the mission of helping, young technical entrepreneurs start their companies, even if they did not have an idea. He is also a Board Member at Hammer & Chisel. He also serves as an Advisor at ThreatMetrix. He co-founded Openkit. He serves as Chairman at OneFold. He also serves as Executive Chairman at Got It AI. He holds an MS in Engineering Management from Stanford University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
