Mr. Jeffrey Rhodes is an Angel Investor. Mr. Rhodes Owned Flagship Marinas Acquisitions. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer at Urban. For over 30 years, Jeffrey Rhodes has been a senior executive in the real estate industry, and has been directly involved with important urban, resort, and suburban development projects in more than 20 U.S. cities. Recruited in the summer of 1972 out of Yale Law School by Charles Fraser, a real estate visionary and founder of Sea Pines Company, Rhodes began his career as Mr. Fraser's assistant and eventually became the assistant treasurer at the Sea Pines Company on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. In 1975, he joined the Urban Investment and Development Company, one of the largest and most sought after urban development companies in America, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. While at Urban, Rhodes was instrumental in the development of the following projects along with many others: Copley Place in Boston; Water Tower Place, the Ritz Carlton (Four Seasons Hotel), and 333 Wacker Drive in Chicago, as well as over fifteen million square feet of regional shopping centers; Four Seasons Olympic Hotel in Seattle; the Denver Center in Denver; and The Four Seasons Hotel and One Logan Square in Philadelphia.
