Description
Mr. Jon Gershinson is an Angel Investor. Mr. Jon Gershinson served as Partner & FRICS Consultant Insolvency at Allsop. Jon joined Allsop in 1993 as an Associate in the Commercial Valuation Department dealing with a wide spectrum of banking and property clients in the valuation and insolvency sector. Jon was invited to join the partnership in 1997. He is responsible for the Insolvency and Commercial Valuation Department. Jon was appointed Managing Partner of the Commercial Division in 2006. Jon takes appointments as a Fixed Charge Receiver from the majority of the main UK financial institutions which have lent into the property sector. Jon was elected as a Fellow of the RICS in 1995 and is also an author of insolvency and office valuation for RICS Books. He is Founding Chairman of the RICS/Insolvency Practitioners Association/ACCA Joint Registration Committee regulating fixed charge receivers. He serves as Chairman of the RICS Recovery and Insolvency Forum.
