Description
Mr. Geoffrey Barker serves as Chairman at Smartsheet. He is an entrepreneur and investor who, in addition to his role as a director of Smartsheet, he currently serves as Baord Member at Wisdo, Vimly Benefit Solutions, OceanGate and Light & Motion. Previously, he co-founded and served as Chief Operating officer at RPX Corporation, a leading provider of patent risk management solutions. In addition to RPX (Nasdaq: RPXC), he co-founded both The Cobalt Group, which was acquired by ADP for $400 million, as well as Vigilos Inc. He began his career in the financial services industry as a trader and investment banker at Kidder Peabody, Piper Jaffray and Solomon Brothers. In 2015 he served as an Executive Fellow at the Yale School of Management. He holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA from Columbia University. He served as Board Member at Tyfone.
