Mr. Mark Zorensky serves as a Board Member at BusyEvent and Geneoscopy. He is an Angel Investor. He is a real estate developer and manager. He serves, currently as President of Hycel Properties Co. after a long career developing and managing major St. Louis shopping centers such as Saint Louis Galleria (sold 2003), Crestwood Plaza (sold 1998) and Northwest Plaza (sold in 1983). Hycel currently offers real estate brokerage and consulting services for retailers and other businesses. His professional activities include membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as activities as a Missouri Real Estate broker and membership in the World Presidents' Organization. He has various active investment positions and is deeply involved in community organizations such as the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, United Jewish Appeal, Washington University and Barnes-Jewish Hospital Foundation. He served for six years as an observer to the board of Build-A-Bear Workshop and was Chairman of their supporting Real Estate Committee. He participates in Fair St. Louis and Young Presidents' Organization and various other educational efforts. He is an active board member of BusyEvent, representing the holders of Series A Preferred Stock, and bringing his experience as an event attendee and business manager to our planning activities.
