He has invested in over 50 technology companies since 2010 throughout Asia and the US including technology stars such as Tokopedia (Indonesia's leading online marketplace which received follow-on investment by Sequoia and Softbank), Traveloka (Southeast Asia's leading online travel agent), Disdus (acquired by Groupon), Pricearea (acquired by Yello Mobile), and Tech in Asia (technology news portal in Singapore focusing on Asia market). He was also the interim CEO of idblognetwork, Indonesia's largest blog advertising platform, in which he led the business to receive follow-on funding from a strategic investor and also achieve a successful partial exit. He is based in Jakarta and Singapore, and he is an active member of the Southeast Asia technology community. Before becoming a venture capitalist, his professional background was in senior private wealth management in Singapore at Citigroup and Credit Suisse. He graduated from the University of Sydney.
