Description

Mr. Lee Fixel is the Founder and Managing Partner at Addition. He serves as a Board Member at Washington University Investment Management Company, and Hugging Face. Previously, Lee was a Partner at Tiger Global Management. In 2014, he and his wife founded the Lauren and Lee Fixel Family Foundation, which supports various educational and not-for-profit initiatives. In 2017, Lee also established the Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases at University of Florida Health, a clinical care and research institute focused on advancing diagnosis and treatment for Parkinson's disease and other neurological disorders. In 2025, the foundation supported the launch of the Food and Agriculture Research Mission (FARM) at Washington University in St. Louis - an initiative to address challenges in agricultural production, food distribution, and access to nutritious foods. He earned a B.S. in business administration, finance, and accounting from Washington University in St. Louis. He also has a degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He serves as Board Member at Base Power.
