Mr. Roger Davenport serves as a Partner & Private Equity Investment Committee Member at QHP Capital. Mr. Davenport served as a Partner at NovaQuest Capital Management. He served as Chairman at Catalyst Clinical Research. He also served as Board Member at Clinical Ink. Mr. Davenport served as Vice Chairman the board of Trustees at East Carolina University. Operationally, he created a culture where the company was awarded "Best Places to Work" by the Triangle Business Journal. Earlier, he was the Chairman and CEO of Medquist, the leader in transcription services before and after the privatization of the company. He facilitated a transformation of the business through the acquisition of a speech technology company, rebranding the company M*Modal and leading the take-private process that resulted in the sale of the business to One Equity Partners. His previous experience also includes his time as President, Allscripts; CEO, of Misys Healthcare; GM & EVP, of Kodak Health Group (now Carestream Health) and executive leadership roles at Siemens, and Shared Medical Systems. Mr. Davenport started his career at IBM where he spent 11 years in sales, sales leadership and executive management positions. He also serves as a Board Member at CoreRx, and Silvergate Pharmaceuticals. He served as a Board Member at Proficiency and InformedDNA . Mr. Davenport received an MBA from East Carolina University as well as a BSBA in Business.
