Mr. William Pratt serves as Advisor at Slater Technology Fund. He is a sales, marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in the energy, banking and insurance sectors. He is currently the East Coast sales executive for Utilidata, where he is responsible for aligning best-in-class technology with the business and regulatory needs of clients. He is a seasoned sales professional with 20 years of experience and is a nationally recognized expert on strategies to engage customers on the topics of Smart Grid and energy. Before coming to Utilidata, Bill was the sales director for the Eastern division of Silver Spring Networks, where he was responsible for growing the company's top line revenue through complex sales to investor-owned electric utilities. Prior to that, Bill held a variety of senior marketing, sales and Smart Grid strategy positions at National Grid, one of the largest electric utilities in the U.S. Bill holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and International Business from Columbia University.
