Prior to Wizeline, Bismarck was a co-founder and founding CEO of Ooyala, a video technology platform company, which Telstra acquired for over $400 million (USD) in 2014. Previously, he was an early employee at Google, responsible for Ads Quality and video advertising product lines. Bismarck graduated from Stanford with a bachelor's in Economics.
