Mr. Dorfman is a Chief Operating Officer & President of TrustHouse Services Group. He spent 15 years with Marriott International in a number of capacities. He joined Marriott as Vice President of Procurement, responsible for about $2 Billion in purchasing, the Corporate test kitchens and Corporate Quality Assurance. Subsequent to that, he ran a number of Marriott contract service businesses, ranging in size from $100 million in sales to almost $2 billion. Bob was the President of Host International, a Marriott company, and a corporate officer of Marriott for 10 years. After leaving Marriott, Bob consulted with a number of smaller companies, helping them to develop their business strategies and assisted in creating their operating infrastructure to grow. Bob joined the Five Guys franchise system in 2005, purchasing a 16 store territory in Tampa, Florida. Within the past 5 years, he has successfully opened up multiple stores in Columbus, OH, Houston, TX, Corpus Christi, TX and McAllen, TX. His company, TCH Restaurant Group, has a total commitment to open and operate 103 Five Guys.
