Description

Mr. Jonathan Gray serves as President, Board Member, Management Committee Member, Investment Committee Member, and Chief Operating Officer at Blackstone. Mr. Gray is a Pension Real Estate Association, Harlem Village Academies, and Trinity School board member. He is also an Angel Investor. He also serves on the board of Harlem Village Academies and Trinity School. He previously served as a board member of Brixmor Property Group Inc. and La Quinta Holdings Inc. He also serves as the Chairman at Hilton Tower. Mr. Gray is a Director and chairman at Hilton Worldwide Holdings. He formerly served as Global Head of Real Estate at Blackstone. He served as a Board Member at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. He also served as a Board Member at Blackstone Mortgage Trust. Since joining Blackstone in 1992, he has led the privatization of eleven public real estate companies valued at more than $100 billion including Extended Stay America, Wyndham International, Carr America, Equity Office Properties, and Hilton Hotels. He previously worked in the Corporate Advisory Services and Private Equity groups at Blackstone. He received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, as well as a BA in English from the College of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
