Mr. John Breakey is the Founder and serves as Director & Chief Executive Officer at Fivel Systems. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Unis Lumin. He also is an Angel Investor. Mr. Breakey also served as Board Member at Evetab. He is a serial entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in the IT industry ranging from technology platforms to complex software systems. As CEO of UNIS LUMIN Inc, a large, national systems integrator, he became acutely aware that technology adoption was a major impediment to customers exploiting the value of their technology investments. After extensive research of the current training market and partnering with a major College to conduct a learning research project the idea and concept of Fivel was born. He has an extensive background in leadership management, Board governance, growth companies, human behavior, and innovation strategies. He is the past chair of a number of industry and business associations and serves as a director for 3 other innovative companies. He is a regular speaker and contributing writer in trade publications and is actively involved in the IT industry as Director and Past Chair of the Information Technology Association of Canada.
