Mr. Kenneth Costa is the Founder of Ken Costa Strategic, an advisory company providing strategic advice to international clients. He served as Co-Chairman at Alti Asset Management Holdings 2. He also serves as a Partner at LJ Partnership. He also serves as a Senior Advisor, Financial Services at Tower Capital Asia. He has been involved in investment banking for more than 40 years. He served as Chairman of Lazard International from 2007 until 2011. Before Lazard, he was Chairman of the UBS Investment Bank for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He also served as Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at UBS. He specializes in providing advice to family-controlled companies and has advised several Middle Eastern investment companies on acquisitions, with a focus on structuring cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He was appointed to the Board in December 2014 by Qatar Holding. He also serves as the chairman at Lepe Partners. He studied Law and Philosophy at Witwatersrand University in South Africa and holds a Master of Law Degree and a Certificate in Theology from Queens' College, Cambridge.
