Ms. Molly Ashby is a Co-Founder and serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Solera Capital. She is also the Chairman of Beval Saddlery. She also serves as Chairman of Solera Sports. She is also an Angel Investor. Prior to founding Solera in 2000, she spent 16 years at J.P. Morgan & Co. in the firm's private equity business. Ashby served as vice chair of the investment committee, chief operating officer, investment strategist and member of the board of directors of J.P. Morgan Capital. Ashby is an emeritus trustee of the College of William & Mary endowment. She is also a member of the Committee of 200, the Partnership for New York City and France's CEO Initiative for the Women's Forum for the Economy and Society. Ashby received an M.S. in foreign service from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and a B.A. in international relations from the College of William & Mary.
