Mr. James Topham serves as Board Member at GuardRFID. He serves as Board Member & Audit Committee Chair at the DDS Wireless. He even served as the Chairman of the Board at Epic Data. He was an audit partner in KPMG's Technology Group in their Vancouver office for 20 years. As founder of the BC Technology Industries Association, he was a board member for its first nine years and has received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the BCTIA in 2009. He serves as Board Member & Advisor at RetargetLinks. He initiated the founding of the Clean Technology CEO Alliance and served on its Advisory Board. He also served on the board for WINBC for three years and the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC for four years ending in 2010. In 2012, he received a Fellowship from the ICA-BC - it is the Institutes highest designation was given in recognition of Mr. Topham's outstanding industry and career achievements. He is a founder and currently the Chair of the BC Social Ventures Partners, a group that contributes both time and money to local innovative charities. He is also a board member at two other publicly traded technology companies: Day4Energy (TSX: DFE) and Norsat International (TSX:NII). He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee at Norsat International.
