He previously served as a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has contributed to bipartisan task forces on cybersecurity and Internet policy. He served as a Board Observer at Allocadia. He received his MBA from Stanford University and earned a B.A. in Politics and Economics from Princeton University.
