Mr. Igor Semenov serves as Venture Partner at TA Ventures. He has more than 15 years of experience in venture capital business. He is a former venture partner of TA Venture Capital Firm. His primary responsibilities included: deal sourcing, screening and due diligence; deal structuring; portfolio companies post-investment support and analysis; follow-on investment structuring; assessment and evaluation of exit opportunities. He was a member of the investment committee and expert of GrowthUP Startup Incubator in Kiev. Also he worked for 6 years at the Western NIS Enterprise Fund as Research Associate and Investment Associate.Prior to that Igor had held a position as an Investment Manager in AVentures and Techinvest venture capital firms. His main responsibilities were: company valuation, business plan preparation, market/industry analysis, deal structuring and management support to investee companies. Mr. Semenov graduated with MS in the English Language from Lviv State University and with MBA from Lviv Institute of Management (MBA program in partnership with Wayne State University School of Business Administration, Detroit, USA.).
