During his radio career, he participated in the launching of five new radio stations in Cleveland, Ohio; Akron, Ohio; Youngstown, Ohio; Atlanta, Georgia; and Boston, Massachusetts. While in the broadcast industry, he was the President of Zapis Communications. Under his leadership, his radio stations received many national awards, including Billboard Magazine's Black Radio Station of the Year; Program Director of the Year; Music Director of the Year; and Air Personality of the Year. He is a current Director at O-Web Technologies and Everstream, where he was also an investor. He joined the Board of Sonicbids, where he also most recently, invested. He is a member of the Board of the Orthodox Christian Network and a member of the Advisory Board of the Nashville Songwriters Foundation. He also serves as a Board Member at GenomOncology & Playlist Media. He has appeared as a panelist at the National Association of Broadcasters convention and has served on the Arbitron Radio Advisory Council. He is a Co-Founder of Listeners Driven Radio and serves as its Chairman of the Board.
