Dr. Karen Linder serves as Member at Linseed Capital. She founded Heartland Pathology. She is a Co-Founder, Executive Chairwoman and served as Chief Executive Officer at Tethon 3D. She is a member of the Women Investing in Nebraska (WIN) philanthropic group. She was a Board Member at Flywheel and is a board member of the Nebraska Angels. She also serves as Board Member at SkyVu Entertainment. She earned her B.S. degree in Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University. In 1995, she founded the School of Cytotechnology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and is Past President of the American Society for Cytotechnology. In 2001, she founded a reference laboratory, Heartland Pathology, Inc., and sold it in 2011. She is the author of "The Women of Berkshire Hathaway".
