Having grown up on his parents' farm in Styria, relevant training in this area was the logical step. After graduating from the HBLA Raumberg, he studied agricultural marketing at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences. After graduating from university, he completed the training to become an "academic certified advertising salesman" as part of the advertising course at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Parallel to his studies, he founded the event agency (DMG Marketing GmbH), which has been organizing international sporting events since 1993. In 2003 he left this agency operationally and founded a full-service communications agency based in Vienna, which has specialized in the automotive sector over the years and looks after brands such as Mercedes, Smart, Volvo, and Jeep, primarily in German-speaking countries, but also in neighboring EU countries. Driven by the idea of passing on know-how, network, and experience of being an entrepreneur and thus supporting new companies and projects, he has been involved with increasing intensity as a business angel since 2011, where he has also repeatedly worked operationally in the areas of marketing, communication, strategy and funding involved. His employees and partners appreciate the serenity and friendliness that is typical of him, with which he gladly accepts the daily challenges. Whether handling large projects or developing strategies - His way of working can be described as trusting, goal-oriented, reliable, and valuable.
