Description

Mr. Jay Adya serves as Managing Partner at Elysian Park Ventures. He served as Managing Director and Principal at Iconica Partners. He previously served as Managing Director at Evolution Media Capital. He is responsible for negotiating and advising on more than $8 billion in media deals, including the International Olympic Committee, Pac-12 Conference, Texas Rangers, and Boston Celtics, among others. Prior to joining EMC, he was a co-founder of Takkle.com, a social networking site for high school athletes with more than 1.5 million monthly unique visitors. He raised more than $8 million in equity financing from leading sports and venture investors, and structured partnership agreements with Sports Illustrated, YouTube, and Nike. He also served as a management consultant at the Mitchell Madison Group and Deloitte Consulting, where he advised private equity, venture capital, and media clients on restructuring, potential investments, and new business opportunities. He graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
