Description
Mr. Michael Krueger serves as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer at BrightPet Nutrition Group. Previously, he served as Financial Operating Senior Associate at Graham Partners. Mike joined Graham Partners in 2012. At Graham, Mike helps evaluate new investment opportunities and supports portfolio company growth. In his time with Graham, Mike has worked on and completed acquisitions, dispositions of portfolio companies, consolidations, and working capital improvement projects. Mike was previously responsible for preparing the portfolio company quarterly valuation materials. Prior to joining Graham Partners, Mike worked at Ernst & Young for three years in its Assurance Services Practice. Mike earned his B.S. in Finance with a minor in International Business from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with Distinction, and his M.S. in Accountancy from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
