Mr. Dale Silvia serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Fox Factory Holding. He also is an Angel Investor. He joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. ("FOX") in July 2013, as the company's Vice President, Human Resources until being promoted to his current position of Chief Human Resources Officer in May 2015. Prior to joining FOX, Mr. Silvia served jointly as the Director of Retail Sales and as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Gwinnet Environmental & Heritage Center ("GEHC"), a multi-use, history, cultural, heritage and environmental partnership. Before joining GEHC, Mr. Silvia served as the Director Human Resources. Operations for Cisco Systems, the global leader in IT infrastructure and services. Mr. Silvia joined Cisco Systems via the 2006 acquisition of Scientific-Atlanta, a Georgia-based manufacturer of cable television, telecommunications, and broadband equipment where he served in various roles during his thirteen year tenure with the company including, Vice President, Human Resources for the Service Provider Video Technology Group. Prior to Cisco, Mr. Silvia served in a variety of management roles for Frito-Lay, Inc. and Volvo GM Heavy Truck Corporation. Mr. Silvia earned a BS, Business Management and a MS, Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations from the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business in 1982 and 1987 respectively.
