He is a graduate of Pace University in New York with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systems with 25 years of experience in financial information systems. He is the former president of Pinnacle Group Worldwide, a technology consulting and investment firm specializing in corporate financial systems solutions, and the company was acquired by TITAN Technology Partners in 2009. He is also the founder of Pinnacle (1995) and Sciodata Corporation (1999).
