Description

Mr. Tyler Engh is the Founder and serves as Partner at R7. He was also the Managing Director at Advanced Equities, a pioneer in the field of syndicating venture capital investments. He joined Advanced in March 2006 and played a key role during its key growth phase, when the company grew from fewer than 30 employees and $340 million in invested capital to over 130 employees, more than 5,500 clients, and $2.6 billion invested in growth-stage venture-backed companies. Prior to Advanced, Tyler was an analyst at Prairie Capital Advisors, an investment banking firm where he performed financial analyses and modeling; conducted research on the business dynamics and financial trends of publicly traded companies, mergers and acquisitions, and various industries; performed valuations for employee stock ownership plans, leveraged buyouts and management buyouts; and performed other capital structuring projects for closely held corporations. Tyler received a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
