Mr. Julian Robertson serves as Board Member at Breakthrough Energy Ventures. Mr. Julian Robertson served as Senior Advisor at Tiger Infrastructure Partners. Mr. Robertson Founded and served as Chief Executive Officer & Chairman at Tiger Management. Mr. Julian Robertson Co-Founded at Axial Capital Management. Mr. Robertson also serves as Senior Advisor at Tiger Infrastructure Partners. Mr. Robertson also co-founded Tiger Management in 1980 and, under his leadership, successfully built and managed its multi-billion dollar alternative asset management business until its closing to outside investors in 2000. Today, Mr. Robertson maintains Tiger Management to manage his own investments and to make direct investments in alternative investment managers. Prior to Tiger Management, Mr. Robertson enjoyed a two-decade career with Kidder Peabody, where he became the chief executive officer of Webster Management Corporation, Kidder Peabody's investment advisory subsidiary. Mr. Robertson also served as an officer in the U.S. Navy and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina, at Chapel Hill. Mr. Robertson is a member of the Board of Trustees of Environmental Defense, the Wildlife Conservation Society, and the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine. He is also a member of the National Board of Advisors of the Children's Scholarship Fund and vice-chairman and former president of the Board of Trustees of the Cancer Research Institute. He is Trustee Emeritus of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts as well as the Rockefeller University.
