Mr. David Longo serves as Chief Financial Officer at Chegg. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for leading the company's global finance organization, including the financial planning, accounting, tax, investor relations, and ESG teams. He joined Chegg in 2021 and served as its Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, and Assistant Treasurer before taking on the CFO role. Before Chegg, he served as Chief Accounting Officer for Shutterfly, and before that, he was Senior Vice President and Controller at CBS Interactive, an online content network for information and entertainment and a division of CBS. At CBS, he was part of the leadership team that successfully launched the first OTT streaming content solution by a broadcast or cable network. Before CBS, he held positions at Netflix and Deloitte. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting, from Boston University and is a licensed CPA.
