Mr. Lodwrick Cook is a Co-Founder & serves as Chairman at NeuroSigma. He also serves as Vice Chairman at Winnick & Company. Mr. Cook is NeuroSigma's Chairman with over 50 years of business experience. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), which was hailed as the best-managed U.S. company under his nine-year tenure. Mr. Cook also co-founded Global Crossing and served as Co-Chairman until 2002. He co-founded NeuroSigma in 2008. He was invested as an honorary Knight Commander for the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (KBE) by Her Majesty the Queen, for his contribution to Anglo-American relations and his philanthropic projects around the world. Mr. Cook received BS degrees in mathematics and petroleum engineering from Louisiana State University, an MBA from Southern Methodist University, and honorary degrees from Louisiana State University, Pepperdine University, California Lutheran University, and Saint Augustine's College. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Army.
