Mr. Itzik Parnafes serves as an Advisor at Battery Ventures. He served as Board Member at Delphix. He served as a Board Member at Zerto. He was on the board of XtremIO prior to its acquisition by EMC. Before Battery, He was a Partner with Stata Ventures, where he led investments in Provigent, Comability, Sentrigo and ZikBit. Before venture investing, He spent the majority of his career as an entrepreneur. He co-founded Kagoor Networks, a leader in Voice over IP technologies and led it to a successful acquisition by Juniper Networks, its first acquisition of an Israeli company. Previously, He led the R&D of Class Data Systems until it was acquired by Cisco Systems, the first of many acquisitions in Israel. Before joining the private sector, he led a landmark infrastructure project in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) that won the prestigious Israel Defense Award. He holds a BSc summa cum laude in CS and Math from the Technion - Institute of Technology. He also serves as a board member of Elastifile, Cyvera and LightCyber. He served as Board Member at CHEQ.
