Description

Mr. Paul Norris serves as a Chief Financial Officer at Immersion. He also serves as a Board Member of Eye-Fi. He also is an Angel Investor. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and General Counsel of Sonic Solutions. Paul Norris joined Sonic Solutions in June 2005 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In February 2008, he assumed the position of Executive Vice President, Interim Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. In October 2009, he became Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. Prior to joining Sonic, from 2000 to 2005, Mr. Norris was a partner at Steiner Norris PLLC, a law firm he co-founded in Seattle, Washington. Before forming Steiner Norris, he was a partner at Anderson Norris Steiner de Regt LLP and at Hendricks & Lewis, and an associate at Davis Wright Tremaine, all law firms in Seattle, Washington. He received a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
