Mr. William McClelland is a Co-Founder & serves as General Partner at Elizabeth Street Ventures. He also is a Co-Founder of Bambike Revolution Cycles. He serves as Board Observer at Tiny Organics. He is an Angel Investor. He is a part cultural anthropologist, and part digital consumer investor with more than 18 years of experience investing, sourcing, and portfolio construction across the venture capital and hedge fund industries. He was a Partner at Grace Beauty Capital - a family office investment arm of a beauty product distribution company. While portfolio manager, he invested in Supergoop! (exit to Blackstone), Rothy's (partial exit to Alpargatas), ThirdLove, Parachute Home (exit in the secondary market), Primary Kids, MM. LaFleur, Glamsquad, Eloquii (acquired by Walmart), and others. He was previously Managing Director & Head of Research at Ironwood Capital Management. He was an investment banker in Lehman Brothers' Global Technology Group. He co-founded Bambike, a sustainable bicycle manufacturer and tour operator in the Philippines ranked #1 on TripAdvisor. He graduated from Yale University with a B.A. double major in Anthropology and Economics. He was a three-year letter winner on the Yale Men's Lacrosse team. He is a Filipino-American dual citizen and has traveled to over 50 countries.
